Houston deserved wellness that works together.
So we built it — one place where physical therapy, recovery, hormones, nutrition and coaching share one team and one plan, and where insurance actually covers the care you need.
Care that treats the whole person.
Most people bounce between clinics that never talk to each other. We put every specialty under one roof so nothing about your health gets treated in isolation — and so getting better is simple.

Why we started XTREME.
[Replace with your founding story]
XTREME began with a simple frustration: great care was scattered. A patient would see a PT for their knee, a doctor for their labs, and a coach for their weight — and none of them ever spoke.
We set out to fix that. [Placeholder — add the real origin: who founded it, what year, the moment it clicked.] Today, XTREME brings physical therapy, recovery, hormone and metabolic care, and insurance-covered coaching into one coordinated program.
The goal has never changed: help every Houstonian move better, live stronger, and feel unstoppable — without fighting their insurance to do it.
Three things
we won't compromise.
One coordinated team
Your PT, coach, and physician share one plan and one set of goals — yours.
Covered, not out-of-pocket
We built the model around insurance so care is something you actually use.
Measured, not guessed
Labs and movement screens set a real baseline — and prove the progress.
Built for Houston,
trusted across it.
